Wellness Habit Building Program

Women's Fitness Class & Mom & Tot Class

Class designed specifically for women! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, all levels are welcome to join this outdoor full-body workout. 

 

Our 45-minute class includes a variety of circuits, HIIT exercises, and strength training, ensuring a well-rounded and effective session. 

 

Robyn is a Certified Personal Trainer and pre and postnatal Exercise Specialist. She can modify the workout to accommodate your individual needs, making it a great option for anyone looking to improve their overall fitness.
